Student Financial Success was created to help students learn how to improve their financial well-being. As a part of the Healthy Campus Initiative, we provide an unbiased education to equip students with the financial knowledge needed.
The cost of college is rising, student debt levels are at all time highs, and financial options are increasing for students. However, many students are not learning how to manage their finances and keep up with the changing financial environment. Student Financial Success helps students face these challenges and gain an understanding of basic personal financial management.
The office is comprised of peer educators and aims to educate students about budgeting, credit, debt management, financial aid, gambling, investing, and insurance through our web site, presentations to student groups, workshops, and free one-on-one counseling.
